Safety & trust built into every reservation
Letting someone park at your home, or parking at someone else’s, takes trust. Here’s what we do to help.
- ID and selfie review: Every host and driver uploads their Aadhaar and a live selfie, and our team reviews them by hand before they can use the app.
- Every listing reviewed: We check the photos, map location and ownership or rental proof before a spot appears in search.
- Two-way ratings: After a booking, hosts and drivers can rate each other, so good behaviour shows.
- Report and action: Report a listing, host or driver right from the app. We can suspend or remove anyone who breaks our rules, gives false documents or misbehaves.
Our checks are done by people, not government databases, and can’t guarantee anyone’s identity or behaviour. ParkSaathi connects hosts and drivers but isn’t a party to bookings, and isn’t responsible for theft, damage or disputes. See our Terms and Conditions.

You pay the host directly by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app) when you arrive. ParkSaathi never collects or holds your money, and drivers pay no fees to ParkSaathi. Pay only once you’ve reached the spot and can park.
Drivers pay nothing to ParkSaathi. Hosts pay a 12% platform fee on each completed booking, which the app records as dues. There are no joining or subscription fees for anyone.
Everyone uploads their Aadhaar card and a live selfie, and our team reviews them by hand before the account can be used. Hosts also upload a property tax receipt or rental agreement, and we review every listing before it goes live. We don’t verify Aadhaar with UIDAI, so this is a careful check, not a guarantee.
Only ID-checked drivers can book, and every booking is a request you accept or decline. Before accepting you see the driver’s name, rating and number of past bookings, and phone numbers are shared only after you accept. ParkSaathi connects you but isn’t responsible for theft, damage or disputes, so check that your property insurance covers this.
Read our Terms and ConditionsYou set your own hourly rate, within limits the app sets. What you earn depends on how often drivers book your spot. The calculator above gives a rough estimate after the 12% ParkSaathi fee.

Drivers can cancel a request or an accepted booking in the app, and hosts can cancel an accepted booking. ParkSaathi charges no cancellation fee. A request the host doesn’t answer before the slot ends is declined automatically. If you’ve already paid the host, ask them for a refund directly.
Read our Refund PolicyYou and the host both get a notification when the slot ends. Staying longer costs another hour at the spot’s hourly rate for each extra hour or part of an hour, paid to the host by UPI.
Tap “Need help? Contact Support” on the Profile or login screen, or email shubhamdhage@outlook.com. To report a listing, open it and tap “Report this listing”; to report a host or driver, use the flag or “Report driver” on the booking. Each option opens an email to us with the details filled in.
Open Profile in the app and tap “Delete account”. You’re signed out and your listing is hidden. You can reopen the account within 7 days by creating an account again with the same number or Google account; after that your profile, ID documents, listings, bookings and ratings are permanently deleted. Upcoming bookings must be finished or cancelled first.
